Family and Friends joined me today to officially open Mastectomy Lingerie and More with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony.
Cutting the ribbon, I was joined by Blair Lancaster, Executive Director of Breast Cancer Support Services Burlington who shared some touching words of support and encouragement, ”As a breast cancer survivor herself, Sue Teschke clearly has the knowledge necessary to help other women affected by breast cancer.”
I was also assisted in the ribbon cutting by Monique Taylor, who attended on behalf of Scott Duvall, Councillor for Ward 7. She congratulated me and awarded me with a Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the City of Hamilton in celebration of the Grand Opening.
As a breast cancer survivor, this is the shopping experience that I was looking for; a retail store where I could shop at my convenience to see and feel the various products that are available. I want my customers to enjoy shopping and feel they have many beautiful choices available in stock, just for them.
Now that we are officially open – drop by to say ‘Hi’ and see what we have to offer.

Today we attended the 4th Annual BRIGHT Run event at the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. Participants gathered today to walk or run through the beautiful conservation trails in support of 'Breast Cancer Research in Greater Hamilton Today" (BRIGHT).
