Returns request require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be processed.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

If you would like do an exchange we can discuss when you request a RMA number.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

If we doing an exchange on an item, then your first replacement item will be mailed out to you at no additional shipping charge.  If there is a second exchange, the customer will be responsible for any new shipping charges.

If you would like to return for a refund , merchandise must be in exactly the same condition in which it was shipped.  Garments must not be worn, washed or marked. Manufacturers’ tags and labels must still be attached.

Once the return items have been received, we will verify that the items are in the same condition as shipped and then your return or exchange will be processed. 

All refunds will be credited to the original charge account. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Please ensure your return is properly packaged and, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse.

Mastectomy Lingerie and More is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment of the item(s) you are returning.

If you return an item without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number we can not guarantee we will not be able to issue a refund if we do not know what order number or if the returned item is soiled or damaged.

Non-returnable Items Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties and swimwear separate bottoms.
