Question: Can I swim with my regular silicone prostheses?

Sue's '2 cents':  Occasional use in the water for your silicone prosthesis should be  okay, but if you are in the water frequently, especially chlorine, one option is a silicone swim prosthesis. This form is made of a clear silicone designed to go in the water, and is not as thick (more hollow) on the back to allow for water flow and to be a little bit lighter to help provide a better fit in your swimwear.
